imaging uses a proactive approach to electrical maintenance to assist with a professional predictive and preventative maintenance action plan. Our Thermographers travel throughout NSW and use the latest and most sophisticated infrared cameras and software to produce visibly clear, accurate and easy to understand reports on existing problems or possible breakdowns.

Being a big cause of fire and breakdowns, switchboard scanning plays a vital role in predictive and preventative maintenance in your business. Some insurance companies can reduce premiums if scanning is part of a maintenance action plan each year.
As access sometimes can become difficult in switchyards, problems can arise high up in the air, our cameras are equipped with lenses that makes the hardest of jobs easy. Transformers often blow or become out of balance within the windings. Our thermal imaging can pick up out of balance transformers and it can be rectified before the problem escalates.
Our cameras are designed with high temperature filters of 1500 degrees. With the ability to reach these temperatures the scanning of high temperature pipes, tanks, rod and bar products can be performed.
Our team has had extensive experience from helicopters performing aerial surveys, from coal stacks to power lines and insulators. Our thermal imaging has the ability to pick up hotspots after a fire has been extinguished to ensure that there is no re-ignition is maintained.
